Today's Intake

3 x 500ml bottle of water
3 x cups of peppermint tea
1 x cup of green tea
1 x 500ml bottle of coke zero
1 x vanilla shake
1 x chocolate shake

Went to the gym, burnt 550 calories...
Treadmill, 150 calories
Xtrainer, 200 calories
Bike, 200 calories
700ml water

Just about to eat an ASDA toffee and choc bar and will be pooring myself a pint of dr pepper zero

Day 4 - 100% TS - Intake

6 x cups of peppermint tea
4 x 500ml bottles of water
1 x 500ml bottle of coke zero
1 x vanilla shake
1 x bananaanannaan shake
1 x cup of bouilon
1 x ASDA toffee and choc bar
1 pint of dr pepper zero
 
You'll be pissing like a racehorse wi all that fluid! Lol welldone! Xx
 
I was after 3 cups of peppermint tea and a bottle of water, it seemed like every 45 minutes lol

Had a motion tonight too, feel completely empty now :D
 
Day 5 - 100% TS - Intake

2 x cups of peppermint tea
1 x 500ml bottles of water
1 x 500ml bottle of coke zero
1 x chocolate shake
1 x vanilla shake

Went to the gym, burnt 600 calories...
Bike, 200 calories
Xtrainer, 200 calories
Treadmill, 200 calories
700ml water

Got home from the gym and immediately did the following;
20 seconds of Knee Ups (Lower Abs)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds Demi Crunches (Upper Abs)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds Medicine Ball Seated Russian Twist (Obliques)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds of Press Ups (Upper Body)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds of Knee Ups (Lower Abs)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds Demi Crunches (Upper Abs)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds Medicine Ball Seated Russian Twist (Obliques)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds of Press Ups (Upper Body)

1 x cup of bouilon
3/4 pint of dr pepper zero

Will be having the following in about an hour...

1 x ASDA toffee and choc bar
1 pint of dr pepper zero

Day 6 - 100% TS - Intake

1 x Chocolate shake (300ml of water and a spoon of instant espresso)
1 Cup of bouillon
1 x Vanilla shake (300ml water)
3/4 Pint of Dr Pepper Zero
1 x ASDA toffee and choc bar
2 Pints of Dr Pepper Zero


Day 7 - 100% TS - Exercise/Intake

1 x Vanilla shake (300ml of water and a spoon of instant espresso, 30 minutes before hitting the gym)

Went to the gym and did a 'Devils' workout, burning 666 calories...
Bike, 200 calories
Xtrainer, 200 calories
Treadmill, 266 calories burnt, completed just over 2mi (3.25km) in 30 minutes
1ltr of water (700ml drank during the workout, 350ml after)

Home Workout (straight after the gym), completed 2 sets of the below;
20 seconds of Knee Ups (Lower Abs)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds Demi Crunches (Upper Abs)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds Seated Russian Twist with a 6 KG Medicine Ball (Obliques)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds Plank (Core)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds Side Plank (Core Right Side)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds Side Plank (Core Left Side)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds of Press Ups (Upper Body)
10 seconds rest

1 x BL Breakfast meal replacement bar (Eaten after the workouts)
500ml water (Drank after the workouts)

3/4 Pint of Dr Pepper Zero
2 x Cups of bouillon
1 Pint of Dr Pepper Zero
1 x Chocolate shake (300ml of water and a spoon of instant espresso)
1 Pint of nice cold water

Will be having my evening pint of Dr Pepper Zero in about an hour

Ok so that's it for my 7 days of 100% TS, fingers crossed for tomorrow...Will I hit my 10 week target of 15.5 st?
