Mrs Jeffery's weight loss mission

OK, back again. This time really back. I rejoined slimming world a couple of weeks ago so back to meetings and doing this properly. I had a good first week and lost 4.5lbs so aiming for 2.5lbs this week - perfectly doable right? Weigh in day is Monday not my favourite but should get to keep weekends on track.

Food today

Breakfast: Muller (shopping due today so had no milk for cereal!)
Lunch: scrambled egg, spinach,baked beans and 2x toast (heb)
Snack: apple (shared with Austin! And curly wurly (6syns)
Dinner: sw korma and rice with green beans and spinach
Pudding: Muller and mini meringues (3syns)

Cups of tea (milk hea)

Feeling really good about things today, I feel like I am in control for a change!! Long may that last. Must try harder t update this every day as it really helped last time.

Saturday and all is right with the world. Went to view a place to buy today - it was so skanky but I loved it!! So much space and right at the bottom of our budget.....loads of interest in it though so not holding my breath! Still exciting though.

Food today

Breakfast: 2x weetabix and milk (hea and heb)

Lunch: batchelors pasta thingy (1syn) with salad

Snack: alpen light bar (3 syns) and an apple

Dinner: homemade slimming world burgers, egg, salad,onions and sw chips
Soooooooo yummy and filling

Snack: probably a curly wurly (6syns)

Another good day on track - c'mon 2.5lbs on Monday! Gotta get that half stone award!
 
Normal Sunday type day

Lie in this morning as it was Paul's turn to deal with Austin - hooray

Breakfast: shredded wheat and skimmed milk and raspberries (hea and heb)

Lunch: had to eat out so I choose veggie omelette which seemed the most sensible choice

Snack: alpen light (3 syns) apple x2

Dinner: pork loin chop,swede mash, broccoli, peas and gravy (gravy syns?)

Pudding: probably a Muller might be a curly wurly....

Weigh in day tomorrow - eek!

Tuesday, not a bad day except money...£339 on new brakes, bloody cars. Whenever I get a bit of money into savings something goes wrong. Anyway aside from that food has been OK. My aim was to drink more water and I have done rubbish as that so I'll have to try harder tomorrow with that goal.

Breakfast: 2 x weetabix and milk (hea and heb) raspberries

Snack: banana

Lunch: cous cous, cucumber, tomatoes,Beetroot, wafer thin ham

Snack: alpen light (3 syns)

Dinner: slimming world sweet and sour pork and noodles (1syn) and sooo tasty, Paul (who is a fusspot eater at times) said it was better than a takeaway

Pudding: curly wurly (6syns)

Aim for tomorrow - more water and a different breakfast to mix things up a bit

Wednesday

Breakfast: Muller and banana

Snack: banana (overload!)

Lunch: leftover veg from last night and a jacket

Snack: apple and alpen light bar (3syns)

Dinner: sw chicken supreme with carrots,broccoli and green beans

Pudding: curly wurly (6syns)

Missing hea and heb oops!!

In other news put an offer in on a place today....we could be on the move soon....
 
Thursday - whoop whoop, I don't work Fridays so Thursdays are fab!

Didn't get the house we put an offer on, cash buyers beat us. Not much I can do about that!

Breakfast: weetabix and milk (hea and heb)

Snack: banana

Lunch: pasta, quark, ham, cucumber and tomato

Snack: apple, alpen light bar (3 syns)

Dinner: shepherds pie with sliced potato top and a shed load of veg inside (gravy 5 syns?)

Pudding 1: Muller, strawberries and raspberries and two meringue kisses (1 syns)

Pudding 2: curly wurly (6 syns)

Still not drinking anywhere near enough water!!
 
Friday, lovely Friday. Spent a lovely day with my mum and Austin at Paultons Park, we are so lucky to have so close. Austin loves Peppa Pig.

Breakfast: Muller and weetabix (heb) didn't have any mik

Lunch: omelette with mushrooms, ham, tomatoes and salad and Beetroot on the side

Snack: alpen light (3 syns)

Dinner: slimming world burger with slimming world chips with salad and mixed Peppers on the side

Have had some bbq sauce today not sure on syns so going to allow 4

Not sure what nibbles I'll have later....

Menus sound lovely - wish I could get curly wurlys here in Italy! A friend is coming over in April, might ask her to bring a load :D

What's peppa pig world like? My little girl is 2. We live 4 hours away was thinking of traveling over and staying in our caravan and taking her. Is it worth the travelling ?
 
Peppa pig world is good, well Austin thinks so - he is 2 in June I'll be glad when my fat bum fits in those tiny rides easier!! It's so expensive for one day it's about £30 for all other 1 metre but there is soooooooo much to do. (we popped down there today again)

Today feels like it has been a bit dodgy because I have been so hungry.

Breakfast: Muller and banana

Snack: mango and alpen light (3 syns)

Lunch: beans, bacon, potato rosti, mushrooms and tomatoes

Snack: apple

Dinner: some crazy spicy chicken thing from an old magazine (heb) (3 syns)

Pudding: curly wurly (6syns)

Might well be a 2nd pudding on its way because I'm in that kind of mood!!!!!!!!
 
Happy Sunday everyone

Lovely day here so far, my turn for the lie in today so I got to stay in bed til 9:00 - amazing! Paul then took Austin out to do some secret mothers day prep so actually had til 10:30 in total peace and quiet. Bliss. Even had a hot cup of tea....it's the little things.

Breakfast: weetabix, milk and raspberries (hea and heb)

Lunch: omelette with mushrooms, spinach, grated carrot and chicken and about 1 syns of bbq sauce - soooo yummy

That's it for now, Austin is in bed for his nap, time to chill.....
 
Dinner: just discovered sun free gravy for our roast....delicious!

1 onion
1 carrot
1 potato
600 mls water
2 beef stock pots

Boil til soft then blitz.....even fussy husband was happy to eat it over his normal bisto. Just a bit too salty for my liking but worth saying some syns.

We had it with pork loin chops, swede mash, oxo potatoes, broccoli and green beans. Stuffed!

Woo hoo another 3lb off - 10lb in 3 weeks not too shabby. Oh and I got slimmer of the week. Super sad not to get a sticker though?!

Could I do 4lb this week? Might as well aim for it. Right?
 
Tuesday - still not drinking enough water, what is wrong with me that I can't just do this simple action!!! Also messed up on food as I haven't eaten enough during the day and have eaten loads tonight. Must try harder tomorrow.

Breakfast: 2 x alpen light bars (heb)

Lunch: mugshot

Driving home: banana (was starving!)

Shop stop: got a random boiled egg Snack pack

Dinner: pasta, chicken, grated carrot, mushrooms, onion,peas and spinach
Random assortment of stuff but it tasted ok.

Pudding: baked oats - addictive!! (6 syns)
 
Wednesday - crap day at work. Still not enough water, eaten all my syns. Says it all really!!

Breakfast: 2 x weetabix and milk (hea and heb) raspberries

Snack: banana

Lunch: mug shot

Snack: alpen light bar (3 syns)

Dinner: sausages (3 syns) sw chips, Peppers,onions and mushrooms mayo (3 syns)

Pudding: curly wurly and mango ( 6 syns)
