I'm in Derbyshire and its cloudless and baking. ! Lol

I'm in Northern Ireland! We has some really hot weather last week. Still warm here but not hot anymore. Although apparently its to get hotter again towards the end of the week. X

Green

B: fruit & yogurt. Coffee (part hea)

L: quorn sausage & week roll with 20g half fat cheese & ketchup (heb1, rest hea1 + 3 syns)

D: veg burger with cheese and wedges with salad, el mayo & ketchup (heb2, hea2 + 3)

Thursday

Red day

B: French toast with chopped peach, strawberries & grapes. Drizzle of maple syrup. Coffee (heb1, part hea1, 1 syn)

L: Wmeal roll with quorn chicken slices, salad, cheese & el mayo heb2 + 1 syn), banana, ff yog

D: slimming eats Moroccan style chicken with BNS, brocolli, mangetout, baby corn
 
Don't know why I said I was making Moroccan chicken tonight. Making Lemon Chilli Chicken. Must be the heat, that and the leftover baby brain which is still hanging on, 6 months later!!

Friday was an EE day :)

D: Lemon chilli chicken with wedges & coleslaw (1)
About half a bottle if white wine (13)

D: pulled pork roll with apple-slaw & wedges (heb)

Probably more wine!
 
So was a bit naughty last night. So hungry I had two rolls. Also made sweet potato wedges instead of regular.

Could either use syns for bread at lunch or change to a red day & have BNS fries with pulled pork for dinner...not sure. Suppose I do have syns to play with.

Will just go for an EE day as planned. Had fry light egg roll for lunch (6)

Body combat tonight. First class since before monkey was born.

Just realised I wrote: before he was "born" actually meant before I found out I was pregnant!! Can't imagine be popping about a combat class in the 3rd trimester ha ha!

L: Wholemeal pitta grilled with ricotta, roasted veg & quorn sausage (hea,heb, 1 syn). Pics a bit wonky! Had it with some lovely beetroot salad & balsamic.

D: SW speedy chicken with rice

Another EE day. Much the same as yesterday actually.

B: grapes, strawberries, blueberries, FF Greek yog & drizzle of honey (1). Coffee throughout the morning (2)

L: really hungry so ate a bit more than I normally would. Grilled ricotta on pitta with Quorn sausage, mug shot & salad. Also munched in some of munchkins baked beans (hea, heb + 1)

D: left over speedy chicken with rice.
