B: porridge, strawberries & banana. Coffees (heb, hea)

L: 2 quorn sausages, 2 fry light eggs, beans and some grapes (2)

Snack: had some BNS soup with munchkin while he had his tea

D: slimming eats honey teriyaki salmon with veg & noodles. OMG!!!!! Yummy! (1.5)

B: French toast, banana, grapes & drizzle of maple syrup (heb, hea1 1 syn)

L: qourn sausage & cheese toastie & salad. Peach & yog (heb2, hea2 + 2 syns)

D: Chinese tonight so I think u will have a veg chowmein. Put down 14 syns for this as I always eat the whole thing!
 
Yesterday's damage then is 17 syns plus the wine I drunk, approximately 18 syns worth. That's 35 syns. Woops!

B: fruit & mullet light. 2 coffees this morning (part hea1)

L: quorn sausage & egg roll with ketchup (3 + heb).

D: garlic & rosemary sirloin steak. Having this with slimming eats style potato gratin, only will use less Parmesan, green beans & BNS (hea2, heb)

Red wine with dinner (17)

Made these tuna croquettes from the BLW cook book. They would be a great low syn snack or part of a meal for an EE day I thought! Just mashed potato, tuna, lime juice and wholemeal bread crumbs! Here is monkey chowing down on them too!

Edit: didn't need to use less Parmesan in the gratin, I just initially read the recipe wrong.

*Also I ended up changing this to an EE day

Hi Gem! Your foods looking lovely as usual!!! I love the tuna croquette recipe, may just give that a try for babyB, he's getting much better with finger foods now (although I still can't cope with the mess! Lol!!)

Oh booo! STS! Disappointed. Had a feeling though, just didn't feel like I had lost. I did EE most of the week and in the past I never seem to have lost well on EE. Not sure why, could be my portion sizes. Only did two classes...

Fingers crossed for 2 lbs next week because that's 3 weeks with no weight loss.

Oh don't worry gem, you've really not got a lot to lose so that's probably another reason why you've not lost. It is disappointing, but keep going xxx

Green day

B: Magic porridge made with a toffee muller light which was a nice change. Banana. Coffee (part hea1, heb1)

L: Quorn sausage and cheese salad roll with tsp of el mayo ( heb2, hea2 + 2.5)

D: Omelette, SW chips & beans :)

I over cooked my pasta slightly unfortunately so pic isnt too good but it was still delish. Had it with salad (part hea2 + 1 syn for wine. Grrek FF yog & drizzle of honey (1)

D: maggi so juicy paprika chicken with SW coleslaw and BNS & feta salad (1+ hea2)
