Total calories 1787 today, will try to make tomorrow lowish so I can have a nice time and relax on Sunday then get going again Monday!

1x slice medium white toast w butter spread and a tsp of honey
Small banana
Glass of semi skimmed milk

Lunch - 543 cals
Tuna mayo sandwich
Coke zero

Snack - 136 cals
Haribo rhubarb and custard sweets

Dinner - 264 cals
Chicken instant noodles
Diet lemonade

Snack - 133 cals
4 squares of milk chocolate

Total - 1398 cals

Haven't been as bad as I could have been today, done a lot of walking too and my legs and back are feeling it now lol so surely it must cancel out a little bit!

Had

Mcdonalds double cheeseburger
Medium fanta

Few handfuls of Kelly sweets
Handful of popcorn
2x mini brownie bites
Half a cupcake
3x little sandwiches, cheese and onion and cheese and tomato
2x cokes
1x glass pimms
1x glass champagne
1x soco lemonade and lime
Half BBQ herbed chicken breast
2x tbsp coleslaw
Veg kebab (sweet potato, tomato, onion, courgette)
Rocket and tomato salad
Big handful potato wedges
1x slice garlic bread


Lots of picky food but it could have been a lot worse and like I said we did a lot of walking about as the wedding was at the zoo lol! X

Yeah there was a couple of hours in the day when you could wander around and then we had a private tour of the zoo when it was closed, we go to see tigers, jaguars and lions quite close up and they usually hide don't they x
 
Yesterday I forgot to count but I know I wasn't over or anything because I ate really badly, was quite busy and didn't get chance!

Tomato pasta bake with mozzarella

Well not holding out much hope I've started totm again not even 3 weeks after last one. For gods sake probably won't lose anything now!
 
Wednesday 5th September 2012

breakfast - 20 cals
Slice of apple
Pineapple and coconut fizzy drink

Lunch - 418 cals
2x sandwich thins w butter spread, ham and mayo

Snacks - ?
Handful homemade spicey potato wedges tiny bit of mayo
Homemade banana muffin

Dinner - 1.5 homemade potato cakes with cheese, 2 scrambled eggs

Didnt count properly yesterday but I didn't go over calories, well I doubt I did anyway!

Off out today so don't think I'll be counting but I will be writing food down, WI tomorrow, unsure of if I'll have lost after totm starting.
