omg if this the case of 7pp i have been having 60 extra a week

i emailed ww and they say this...... The ProPoints values for Mug Shots printed in the shop book are for the dried contents. The addition of boiling water changes the chemical composition of the ingredients which alters the way the body processes the food. This in turn raises their ProPoints value.

so i wanted to know the points it doesnt help my answer thou

i will say 6 then !!!

jezzzzzzz i would rather spend 6 points on something else

i now know why i havent been loosing weight i was having load extra pp a week
