Mullerlight - 8 pots for £2 at sainsburys

I went the other day and stocked up

Bought loads of these last night from tescos and made lollys that ive been munching on today YUMYUM

I just stuck 6 in the bin as they were 3 days out of date

I have eaten mullerlights when they were nearly a month out of date! (same with cottage cheese and fromage frais, unopened,)And had no repurcussions. Remember, sell by dates are for the supermarket, not the consumer! They have no real meaning. (but enjoy the bargains!) As long as the lid doesn't bulge upwards and it smells ok you will be fine! There were no sell by/ best before dates when I grew up! You used your nose and eyes, and if your milk went off cos you had no fridge, you made the most wonderful scones with it! Obviously if meat looks ropey you don't buy it.
