Mummy's countdown to Christmas

Ok, was very bad last night, had a gorgeous meal out but it was 3 courses and a bottle of wine!
I am starting a new today and being good.

Tea- chinese pork meatballs and veg

Snacks - milk (hex a)
 
Had a few bad days! Boot camp today helped to get me refocused so tomorrow is shaping up like this-

Lunch - salad with cheese (hex a), chicken and ceasar dressing (3 syns)

Lunch - salad with left over pork meatballs from last night

Tea- not sure, maybe omelette with loads of veg in or chicken and veg. Will decide later

I had an omelette, it was delicious with cheese on top (hex a)

And some body magic- step aerobics.

Means I've earned my bronze body magic award! Woohoo!!

On a conference today so lunch will be more of a challenge but I'll let you know what I have.

Tea was gorgeous last night and Dan made a mushroom and philly sauce to go on the steak for a few syns, it was amazing!
So on to today, as it's Father's day we have my mum and dad and Dan's dad and girlfriend coming round for a BBQ, good thing is I am totally in control of the food.

Today-

Brunch- scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and turkey rashers.

Tea- BBQ- not quite sure exactly what I will have but I've made burgers and buns (hex b) and cheese (hex a) plus various marinaded chicken drumsticks and kebabs plus a large salad. I also have ribs but I won't be eating them.
For dessert I'm making a lemon mess with homemade lemon curd, meringues and yogurt/quark and some strawberries on top.
Drinks- I have bought some low alcohol/low syn wine and soda water

Snacks - milk (hex a)

Chinese and wine last night. Ate and drank a lot more than planned however, I have synned it. So feel at least in control of the rest of the week and I have 20 syns left for the next 6 days.
