My 12 month Countdown to yummy mumminess

Well first of all I will do my Stats.

I am :
*20 Years old
*5ft7" /67in / 170cm
*14stone/ 196lbs

Started at Slimming World 26th April 2010

My Goals -
*13 stone
*12st 8lbs (Club 10)
*12 stone
*11st 4lbs
*11stone by April 2011
*10st 10lbs (The weight I was when I met my OH)

Going to put a few pictures in of me at certain weights for me to swoon over and get determined.

As of now this is me last weekend, at 14stones

Main difference is my face and arms have PILED it on, as well as my Tummy.

Monday: Extra Easy (think I may of messed up as I never done 1/3 of super free foods on my plate)

Breakfast: Strawberries
Dinner: Tomato MugShot
Tea: Chicken salad wrap with ketchup (10syns)
Snacks: Low fat custard pot (?syns) / Sugar free jelly / melon / picked at some chicken.
 
Tuesday: Green day
Breakfast: 2 eggs / 2 pieces of wholemeal bread (HEb) / Margerine (2syns)
Dinner: Chicken Mugshot / Shape Zero yoghurt

Wednesday
Breakfast: 2 veggy sausages (4syns) beans (free) 1 egg in fry light (free)
Tea: SW chips (free) Beans (free) Quorn Burger (0.5syns)
Snacks: Half a pack of cadburys buttons (4.5syns), Custard pot (4syns)
 
Missed first weigh in due to serious bank holiday hangover. Weighed in last night -2.5lbs.
