Just knew that i would go even more over :'(

Just ate walkers cheese n onion crisps (multipack pack) and a mars :(

I find weekends hard and now I am in my own home chilling it is nice even poorly it is nice. I know I eat too much fruit but have always loved fruit and veg....odd even too much of that is wrong tut can't win lol

Do you have the rumba for the wii or DVD?
 
Arghhhhhhhh hate the weekends!!!!! Had harvester pub lunch yesterday :(

Weighed myself this morning...........gained 1lb!

Think my scales are dodgy too...weighed myself several times this morning and it was coming up different each time until i did 3 times where i stuck at 13st 10lb.

They are the ww scales too...not sure if they're working properly..

Oh well new week new start!

I've got it on the wii and the dvd, only done the dvd, will be using my wii tonight :)
 
I am home chilling and keep saying to myself that I am going to get on the wii and with all the house cleaning and the gardening...but I will as I did love doing it...


where we are in the uk there isn't any chance of doing it...what is your favourite on there?
 
I don't think i have a favourite, i'm hilarious to look at when i'm doing it haha i make myself laugh!

I just put it on and go through them, as long as i'm moving and sweating...hoping to do it as much as possible this week burn off some fat haha.

It is fun though :D

2 teaspoons flora light 1pp (don't actually use that much but still :))

Banana (well a quarter, the rest fell on the floor :( )
Pineapple juice 3pp

Dinner

ww lasagne 7pp
Lettuce, tomato, cucumber 0pp
2 ww white danish bread 2pp
2 tspns flora light 1pp
3 tblspns helmans extralight mayo 1pp (did't use that much)

Pudding (hehe)

3 ww caramel shortcakes 9pp (couldn't help myself!)




Then did my Zumba on my wii :D

I think the Zumba on wii is good. I laugh at myself haha.
But it gets me moving so anything that gets me moving is a good thing hehe :D

Haha good for you..... I would put music on and dance but when in the uk restricted for space......and in France sooooooooo much space I love it...I have a cross trainer too that I put music on and sing and the village laugh hahaha x

Went wayyy overrr :(

Oh well, had a great evening with the OH.

Really enjoyed my meal, ate loads haha.

Never ate anything all day so had me dailies and used my weeklies for it...weekend is going to be torture lol.

It's done now though so just got to be good for the rest of the week and if i do my Zumba too then that should help.

Still a little worried about my weighing scales..might use my other scales aswel and see what they both say.

Anyways off to bed :D
