Make way for the gain...

Well i've been bad :(

Had a real bad week of eating total junk...take out food is my weakness.

I am actually expecting a gain tomorrow..maybe by 3lbs? Yh 3lbs definately.

I had eveything :( although the weekend i've been really good...ain't really eaten today..

Hope i can sleep tonight, going to be having nightmares about them scales of mine haha.

Might go and have a sneaky weigh in hehe

Back to routine tomorrow :D

I am not having another one of those weeks again!

I'm thinking thin, as Yes would say :D

Don't know if it will be that bad...just weighed myself hehe says i've gained a lb...so might be less in the morning...i hope haha

The day started off good..

Well heres what i had yesterday...

Breakfast

25g frosties + semi skimmed milk - 4pp

Lunch

2 pink and whites - 2pp
(not a very good lunch haha)

240g ww chips (120g wern't enough lol) - 10pp
Ww shepherds pie - 6pp

Pudding

Baddys.....had a little bit of kebab off the boyfriend :(

(can't remember how many i had)

Didn't have no dinner...wern't hungry and didn't know how many points i had left so..

Hi Vicky, fastfood was a big weakness of mine as well before I started WW. I just found the best thing was to give it up altogether as I used to eat chips every single day. I still have some chocolate (my biggest weakness) every day so I don't feel I am on a 'diet' or deprived.

And then.....boyfriend came with a maccys...i ate his large fries and half a cheese burger :(

Why do i always feel the need to eat what he leaves??? I'm such a greedy pig! :(

Got to start telling him to throw it away!

Lost track of my weeklies now etc....going to stop all this and stick to my dailies... but i did have 8pp left before i ate the maccies.

I don't like it :(
 
Hi vix, I found your food diary.

Just a thought with regards to your boyfriend....
Does he know you're doing weight watchers?
Could you have a discussion with him and ask him to try and not eat junk food around you? If you know that take aways are a weekness, maybe you could ask him to eat before you meet up, or when he leaves. Better still, why not cook up a nice, ww friendly meal for you both? Its awful to have temptation and to try not to give in. Maybe if he knew how bad you feel when you have a wobble he'd be ok with leaving the junk when he's with you.

Well, i do tell him to eat before he comes to mine.. but sometimes he ain't got the time and it's more convenient to eat at mine (pain in the bum he is lol)

I usaully try eat at the same time as him, but because he comes to mine a little bit later...i'm way too hungry to wait lol..i might start eating fruit etc before he comes and then eating my meal with him.

I've got to learn to be stubborn too and just throw it away..

Might start giving it to the dog, at least its not going to waste haha

Hi Vicky, Just a suggestion as well, I could never survive for my dinner living on a packet of crisps for my lunch !!!. Thats why you are woofing up BF's left overs .You are still hungry. You need tobe eating some protein in the middle of the day and some filling carbs e.g

Beans on toast
scrambled egg on toast
Chicken salad
Tuna sandwich
Wrap with chicken /tomatoes ,peppers

You have to use some of your points on filling healthy food otherwise its really hard not to pick :sigh:
 
I second this. Deffo need to be eating more for lunch. I'd be like a beast by dinner time if I only had a pack of crisps for lunch.

I've got to stop being lazy and taking some lunch with me...it's only when i stay at the bfs the night before, i never get no lunch ready for the following day...it's awkward lol.

WW sweet and sour sauce 1/2 jar - 2pp

WW garlic and herb garlic bread thing - 5pp
Oil etc estimate - 2pp
