I've restarted tracking again today Anj...going to make sure i stick to it again.

Hope i ain't caused too much damage this week though...only need 2lb for my 1st stone :(

But going to stop all my habits asa much as i can now :D

i can only hope that i ain't gained this week or else it will be more than 2lb i got to lose lol.

I'm going to get my butt into to gear with my zumba dvd too :D

I never got it :( i gained a lb..

I went to a party last night and ate quite abit, i reckon i would have stayed the same if i didn't eat last night still in my stomach...i was thinking of weighin myself on a different day? Not keen on mondays lol

i know how you feel..it's a torture at times, i am having a bad few days and hate the way i can undo a good week of exercise and eating in one day over the weekend. nothing for it but to get on track again and stop feeling sorry for myself. you will get it next week, i agree with the monday weigh in, i can weigh at least 3lb heavier after a weekend, i weigh myself at home on a friday
 
I used to weigh myself on a friday too found that way easier.

I might start weighing on a Tuesday starting this week...see if the lbs still there haha.

Tonight is going to be hard as i'm going to the boyfriends so i need to make sure i don't eat what he eats!! or what he leaves!

Hopefully going to have my ww sweet and sour chicken :) and then left with plenty a points for a choc :D

Another good day for me :D
Only thing is though i ate dinner at around 9 30 :(

But that was because the boyfriend and his family had pizza...i did not give in!!! I really wanted just one slice of pizza!! How hard that was!

So proud of myself now :D

I'm still left with all my weeklies :)

Roll on next Tuesday morning to weigh myself! Thinking slim :D
