My brand spanking new diary.....

With a bad weekend out of the way I have realised I have no big nights out for 5 weeks! Yes I may have a small meal out here and there but that will be accounted for in syns :)
I am really down that my weight has not really changed since Xmas. People tell me I don't need to lose any weight, ask why are you on a diet? (to be honest I just love the programme regardless of weight loss) but I am currently at the top end of my normal weight range and would like to be a stone lighter, ideally by July for my best friends wedding and my first holiday in 7 years. Yes I feel a lot more comfortable with myself now than I did before but will still not want to parade around in a swim suit :-(

So with my next big night/mini weekend away, 5 weeks away I am setting myself a target of being 100% on plan. I do not want to set a target loss, for me any kind of loss is great!!

So here goes from tomorrow, a 100% uninterrupted plan (and in all honesty I've been pretty on track recently so a continuation from that but will now weigh on a Friday)

I apologise for the essay, it's a lot to read!

Just realised that I actually have a few big nights planned over the next few weeks but will try to keep as on plan as possible.

T: jacket potato, quorn chicken fillet, 1/3 tin of tinned tomatoes, 1/4 tin of beans, passata, about a handful of SS veg (blended together - tasted a bit bland in all honesty but ate it all up) mullerlight
S: pudding rice with half a mullerlight, alpen light bar (1/2 HEb)

It's hard for me if I'm honest! If you love your veggies then it's no problem, but I'm the kind that likes my carbs. During the day I'm not so bad but evenings I'm struggling with the hunger. Have felt I'm more on a diet whilst doing it really. Only having 2/3 days of SE and the rest will be EE!
