My cc diary

wish i was struggling to get 1000 down! maybe i would'nt be in this position now lol, but i'm struggling getting an extra 300 in.

i've just had a lunch of special k and milk and i dont want dinner even though it smells yummy!
 
today i ate like a pig and so upset about that, as of tomorrow i'm going to start eating 800cals every other day and 1500 the other, i'll see what that can do to my metabolism, i only lost 1lb this week and i've been good so its time to speed things up


today so far i ate,

b - egg and honey oat bread at subway - ??

S - chocolate nougat ( loads of them!! - ??

l - mac and cheese with salad - 400

s - chips ?? kit kat ?

d - quorn scallops,, 2 x ww bread, muller corner. ??

overall i had a quarter cup of water and am not happy!!
 
thanks sarah, im definately going on track as of tomorrow, i love chocolate but i think i have to leave them for now.

i bought some packets of 10 calorie soups, they are lush... so nice for only 10 cals, have u tried them? and their only 42p for 6 sachets!!
 
keeping the calories under 1000 today.

b - 10 calorie soup x2, 2 x weetabix and skimmed milk - 200

s - cherry muller light - 98

L - 2 x ww bread with cheese, cherry tomatoes, spring onions and cucumber and 10 calorie soup- 240

D - beans, 1 egg toast, tomatoes and cucumber - 400

s - 10 calorie soup before bed ( i'm loving these!)

loads of water and tea today plus some exercise!
 
ooo i have those 10 cal soups! they are quite nice considering theyre only 10 cals! ive got tomato flavour! ive had a proper crap week chic so i wouldnt worry about ur bad day! drank loads at the wknd and ate loads and have been crap ever since haha! plus totm isnt helping! :( xx

i havent tried the tomato ones yet but think i need to try them out.
i guess everyone has their good and bad days and having totm does mess it up alot, right now i feel as if i want to eat the biggest bar of chocolate and i dont no how to go about it! hmmm the only thing thats stopping me that the hse has no chocolate and i cant be asked to go to the shop lol.

i hope your not stressing about your bad weekend, just look back at the good times and get back on track when your ready.

as for me i'm too lazy to move from here.

If u feel like chocolate i would just have it! totm deserves it hehe! Im not actually fussed about my bad week! Im going for dinner on Friday aswell with an old friend! Im really looking forward to it! I have just reminded myself that losing weight really isnt everything. And just cus ive pigged out this week doesnt mean i cant start again next week!! hope ur okay chic, ur doing really well! :) xx

thanks hun, its nice having encouraging people around, it really does push me along.

last nite was really good i ate the biggest bar of chocolate and not feeling too guilty about it.

hope you have fun with your friend because we all deserve something nice every now and then, after all we've been doing so well !

well, i had a lovely mcdonalds today! hahaha! i dno why im not bothered this week but i just feel a bit different! plus i had a cheeky weigh in and i havent put any weight on so im not tooo worried! ha she says! :) xxx
 
lol u did really well considering what i ate today because of stress but im not worried am gonna get back on track soon.

today i ate burger and chips, 3x chocolate bars ( sugar free but high fat) crisps x2, toffee poporn and fizzy drinks for later all guilt free, plus i dont need to worry as i told my bf to hide the scales lol.

tomorrow is a new day, i bought loads of fruits and veg in asda so ive got no excuse for junk haha, on the bright side i walked for most of the day so as of tomorrow i need to be good because the bf is taking me out to eat on saturday night so fingers crossed lol xx
 
Your bf sounds lovely - takes you out a lot!!

Glad you had some choccie - I think if you deny yourself something then it can end up with having a mad binge, so best to let yourself have a bit of someting every once in a while!

I keep thinking, ohhh I really want to have a bad day! Like, go and just eat whatever I want! But, I am weighing on Friday and don't want to ruin it!

I am going out on Sunday night, and it will probs be a big one, so if I am going to have a bad day/night then it will be then!

So far, this week, I have not had a bad day at all - usually I have one day where I will go over slightly - so I'm really pleased!
 
Thanks sarah, he's a lovely bloke and if i listen to him all the times id be over 50 stones by now as he treats me too much, so i told him once a week is enough instead of 3-4 times... thats only if i deserv it.

normally i'd feel guilty about eating so much junk but theirs a lot of tension in my house at the moment and its just making me want to eat all the wrong things so i'm going to eat all the junk i have left then turn the page tomorrow.

well done 2 you for giving it your all this week, i've been watching your diary and i have to say i'm impressed, i might have to copy your food ideas, you get so much out of what you eat and your menu sounds very filling aswell. calorie counting is great, you can eat a bit of anything you really want and just count it as part of your daily allowance, dont think i'm going to do anything else until ive reached my goal.

im actually beginning to wonder if maybe i didn't lose weight last week because i wasn't eating enough calories?! i know it sounds mad! haha! but they say when u don't eat enough ur body just clings onto it! we will see anyways! im deffooo not expecting to lose this week but ive had a good time anyways! hehe! I think I know what your answer is going to be! buuut has any1 tried diet pills?? xx
