Urgh can't stand her! So false and so not who she portrays to be. I've heard that she's constantly coked up and is a lesbian but hides it so she doesn't ruin her pretty innocent princess image and that her and Gethin split up over her drug use and cheating with female escorts. Didn't like her before I heard all of that but obviously I'll never know if that's all true and us Welsh do love a bit of gossip xx

I've not heard any of that, I've not even heard anything all that bad about her, she just gives me a horrible vibe that she's very fake!

I know someone who has worked with her on tour and he's not the gossipy type but then again Wales is like that. Don't know if you know anything about rugby but one of our international players Gareth Thomas came out a few years ago and it was a big hoo ha because not many famous sports people come out. Mickey Rourke is playing him in a film etc Well when he announced it the whole of the Bridgend area was like "well that was the worst kept secret ever!" haha He had been dating a man who owned a local garage for years behind his wifes back but everyone knew apart from her. If you've ever watched Stella on Sky 1 south wales is exactly like that xx

Can you imagine being the last to know something so life changing? They were together on and off since school, married 10 years too I think. Heartbreaking for her and I don't think they speak now which is very understandable on her part xx

I mean, don't get me wrong it's obviously very good that he's comfortable enough to tell people but what utter betrayal on his part to his wife, I'm assuming he at least liked her to spend 10 years together, it's such a horrible thing to do - even if he loved her and vice versa (which is entirely possible, I'm a firm believer in love knows no gender), he still should have told her the truth and cheating is definitely a no no!

He did love her just wasn't attracted to her. Not playing it down but you know what I mean. Cheating is wrong no matter what the circumstances and rightly so she's angry about it. He gets applauded for being brave and she has to deal with a marriage that never was xx

Afternoon all.

Another busy morning here, people are going crazy for Body Shop advent calendars so I've spent the morning searching the net for cheap couriers to places like Italy, Latvia and Norway! All these people buying them makes me want to buy myself one but I will resist.

Today is steak tuesday at mine and this is what food is looking like today

Breakfast - Marmite on toast (10pp)

Lunch - Ham salad sarnie (12pp)

Dinner - Rump steak (7pp) Carrot & swede mash (5pp) Mushrooms in a philly light sauce (need to work out pp's)

2 cups of tea (4pp)

I can't complain about freebies, I've hit level 3 of my sales target and if I do another £88 by the end of the month I'll hit level 4 which is £160+ of products on top of my commission earned and I really want them all so keep your fingers crossed that I hit it

I've been thinking today that I really need to up my game. I'm being good but there's only 11 months until the wedding now and I'm away three times between now and then so I'm setting myself the target of losing a stone in November. I'll weigh when I get back from the lodge and really knuckle down exercise the lot xx

You said it to me didn't you, nothing like a deadline to make you work your butt off?! My deadline for a stone is November 22nd, so I shall be with you every painful step of the way through November till then. I know I say it a lot but I know you can do it, you're so so good when you set your mind to it.

Well I had a delivery yesterday and instead of the 3 calendars that I've ordered and paid for there are 3 on my invoice but 4 in the delivery so I've been sent a free one by mistake. Please please please tell me you're surprised I haven't won the euro millions yet my little good luck charm lol

So that's one target down just the other one to go and I'm going to do it even if I live on soup for the month xx
