hi everyone :) hope u all had a fab weekend. I know I did had a nice girly catch up on Fri night with friends that I hadn't seen in ages, and I managed to only drink one bottle of wkd it lasted me all night, so was really pleased with that normally I would go through loads and end up getting the beer munchies.

food diary today:

Ah it's a hard slog jenn - I seem to have the nibbles a lot but still heading down the scales so it's working if slowly!

Thank god for the weeklies I seem to be dipping into them every day but as long as I don't go over I guess!

arr I feel your pain, I'm in a nibbly mood this week :/ not good but doing okay :) not giving up so that's the main thing.

slow and steady is the best way, it will stay off that way :).

the weeklies are my saviour too, without them I don't think I could do it! xox
