I've had a good weekend pet - though I haven't weighed since Tuesday so I don't really know!! I have been careful with my
Points and even have 22 weeklies left!!!! But ur badness rubbed off on me - I bought a pack of 3 Creme eggs today - at 5pp each they are a nice treat I thought!! I haven't had one yet - but they may be scoffed on Tuesday after weigh in!! Lol! Or if I'm feeling strong willed I may keep them Til paddys day!!! Just about to have my dinner
Now but I got a walk in today too so positive feelings abound :)

glad your doing well smurfette :) and I think the nauggtiness has rubbed back off on me as I want a creme egg now ha ha!!

I've had a really really bad week and have eaten everything, and I mean absolutely everything in sight :(. I need one hell of a kick up the bum as what I'm doing does nothing but make me miserable.

food for today:

lunch: ham salad sandwich thin 5pp
dinner: macaroni cheese 8pp
snacks: time out 2pp
quavers 2pp
home made smoothie 3pp

Jenn I have had a tricky few days eating out drinking and even tho I tried to make good choices I think this weeks weigh in will be a toughie :(

aww well I hope it's not too bad for ya hun :) I'm sure it won't be half as bad as u think.

the reason I've flew off track is because I'm really unwell and me being unwell leads to bad eating :(.

aww chick don't worry about weigh in tomorrow, you will be fine whatever the scales say just draw a line under it and carry on, u can do it from tomorrow just start a fresh, don't ruin all u what u have done, it's all about mind over matter it really is! and I know u have it in u :) we will be where we want to be whether it takes 6 months or two years, as long as u jump back on the wagon after a blip, you are going in the right direction and will get there eventually.

well I had some news yesterday that I did not expect at all! I found out I'm pregnant!! so looks like Ww diary is on hold for a few months, although I will still be on here as am going to eat healthily as don't want to put on too much weight. but anyway good luck to u all with your journeys and I will have to continue mine after babaa arrives xox

hey smurfette how you doing? I've found out Im 9 weeks along got a scan next week :0). going to ask the midwife if it would be okay to follow a low-ish calorie diet, I don't want to get too big!!
