Breakfast -
*Honey flavoured pawridge made with water (110 cals)
* Apple (50 cals)
Snack-
* Salt and Vinegar French Fries (85 cals)
* Sugar free jelly (10 cals)
Lunch-
* 2 apples (100 cals)
* 2 nectarines (100 cals)
Snack-
* 2 mini marmite rice cakes (15 cals)
* Nimble toast with marmite (70 cals)
* Sugar free jelly (10 cals)
Tea-
* Totally Innocent Veg Pot (370 cals)
* 2 sugar free jellies (20 cals)
* Low fat yoghurt, popped in the freezer (95 cals)
Supper-
* Nimble toast with marmite (70 cals)
* 8 strawberry flavour stick biscuits (30 cals)
Total Calories = 1135
HIGH 5 TO THAT!
