I popped it in another thread yesterday, called something like 'yummy lunch idea'

Basically I just got two egg whites (35 cals) added a little salt and pepper, fried them off (in fry light) to like a thin omlette, and used those as my "wraps", filled them with fried off (fry light) onions, mushrooms and tomato puree, rolled them up, and they were yummy! :) And you can get loooooooads for such a low calorie total! :)

* Porridge made with apple and blackcurrent cordial (140 cals)

Snack-

* Apple x 2 (100 cals)

Lunch-

* Apple (50 cals)
* Nectarine x 2 (100 cals)

Snack-

* Few bites of chicken, tomato pasta bake and egg mayo (200 cals)

Tea-

* 3 egg white omlettes, mushrooms in tomato puree and spoonful of extra light mayonaise (170 cals)
* Sugar free jelly (10 cals)
* Weight watchers banoffee whip (100 cals)
* Party ring biscuit (30 cals)

Supper-

* Meringue nest (50 cals)
* 4 scoops of walls light vanilla ice cream (120 cals)
* 6 sugar free marshmallows (30 cals)
* 10 sugar free marshmallows (50 cals)
* Sugar free jelly (10 cals)

Total Calories = 1160

Thanks for your tips - happy to say I am already doing all of those things so hopefully I am on track! In fact, I bought some scales the other day and I have lost weight since the other day - am sure this will go up at some point though!

I am at Plymouth Uni. I am eating well at the moment - I am not totally CCing this week as I haven't time really, but I am making sure I just eat the same as always, apart from the alcohol!

* Weight watchers home made lemon drizzle bun (40 cals)
* 5 rich tea biscuits (175 cals)

Total Calories = 1200

Your diet plan sounds just like mine (minus the apple overdose!).

Have you tried Butterkiss Light (popcorn) it's a great snack - 130 cals and 20grams of fibre! Plus it tastes amazing!! these really help me get through the day.

Haha ohhh dear, thanks for pointing this out you three! I think I may have an addiction... I've just looked over my diary for the past 14 days and have had 50 apples!!!! :rolleyes:

I just like things to crunch on that last a while for low calories, do you guys not find they're that great?? :p

How are you finding minimins?? Do you like?? You'll find it amazing when you get used to it, the people are so brilliant for support, and lovely and friendly! :)

This is my 3rd diary on here :rolleyes: it's been a long journey of ups and downs lol :p Are you going to keep a diary?? Everyone usually finds it really helpful! :) And yes, totally try and get those biscuits! I still refuse to believe they have such few calories!

Are you on 1200 a day too?? What kind of things do you eat??

Oo yes I have tried that before! I thought it was soooo yummy! :p and tastes just like the normal stuff! :D But haven't had it for ages! May have to get me a cheeky bag soon, thanks for the reminder! :)

Hello hun yep back on CD silly i know but i had my bday weekend last night. I can feel and see this 1 stone on and really want it off mighty quick.
So back on the swing of the diet but really after my loss i will return back to CC for long term maintaince.!

I just PM my friend to read your diary hope she considers CC for a while till her hoildays. But apart from aiming to loose this stone by the end of october, im fine thank you.

I still pop on here and read diaries ready for my return but its day one and 4:21pm and not even hungry or wanted to eat so i know i will drop these lbs within the next few days once im in ketosis.

But so happy for you honestly that you are still going strong.
You can always come and say hi to me in my diary lol last week chick10 did lol xx
