My diary to goal!!!

    I've been doing weight watchers pro points for 9 weeks now! I've lost 1 stone 5 pounds!! My target weight is 9 stone 6 pounds, I'm currently 15 stone 3/4lbs!! My 30th birthday is 25 days away, need to lose 9lbs to get to my bd mini goal!! I've just had a nose operation so eating isn't as easy as it is normal which will hopefully be an advantage!

    Today I had
    Weight watchers porridge
    Banana

    Low fat chicken & herb super noddles
    Orange
    Banana

    Tesco lighter choices chilli & rice
    1/2 twix
    Salt & vinegar squares
    Grapes!

    I worked them out at 9 pro points a packet, worth it though! Yum :)

    Today was an ok day! Read a book, haven't left the flat as my face still is bruised and swollen!!

    Light choices creamery mushroom pasta (11)
    Curly wurly (3)
    Twirl treat size (3)

    Ritz biscuits (3)
    Weight watchers chocolate biscuits (2)

    33/32 dailies


    Some Chinese from my bf's dinner!! Most of which has onions, and peppers in black bean sauce with a spoon full of noodles - I have no idea of points so guessing 10!

    10/49 weeklies!

    So excited today!!! I bought myself a chamilia charm bracelet!! And will buy a new charm after I lose 7lbs!! It's beautiful, and will be a visual reminder of where I have to go and how far I've come!! :)
