    Gonna try and fill this in everyday.

    10 miles cycling - DONE.

    Breakfast, 2 weetabix (heB), 150ml Skimmed Milk (half heA)


    Lunch, 2 small brown bread (heB), 4 quorn sausages, Pasta with plum tomatoes.

    Dinner, quorn chicken pieces and steak strips with chicken curry noodles (2.5syns).

    And that's me done for the day, wont be updatin tomorrow as I'm havin a day off for a beer and to watch the football.
