Gonna try and fill this in everyday.

10 miles cycling - DONE.

Breakfast, 2 weetabix (heB), 150ml Skimmed Milk (half heA)


Lunch, 2 small brown bread (heB), 4 quorn sausages, Pasta with plum tomatoes.

Dinner, quorn chicken pieces and steak strips with chicken curry noodles (2.5syns).
