My diet, my way

Totally sympathise with the back to school blues, we're on week 4 now so back into the swing of things but it is really hard for the first few days. Will look out for your new rules and maybe pick up some ideas myself (God I want some chocolate now).
 
5th Sept

Knackered knackered knackered!

Not a bad day but not great either...too many carbs! And not drinking enough water.

11.30 - oats, natural yoghurt and pomegranate seeds

1pm baked potato, ratatouille and butter beans

7pm new potatoes, Jamie olivers lovely lentils, asparagus & broccoli
2 squares dark chocolate

25 min jog, 10 min ab workout
17800 steps
 
Wed 6th Sept

Target for the rest of this week is to be more organised with food! I'm struggling to prep lunches so I need to buy some ready made stuff that I can just pack and eat!

B - soya latte

L - left over chicken breast with ratatouille and parmesan

S - soya latte (forgot I had one this morning!!), 1/2 Apple (rest was stolen by my dd!)

T - baked potato, lentil stew, cauliflower
Lots of almonds, square of dark choc

I did eat a lot of almonds which will have bumped up the calorie count :/

Exercise: dog walk, P90 sweat DVD (30 mins) followed by abs DVD (10 mins)
