I've not made a diary of my own yet, so I thought I'd start a thread for today food. Anyone else want to add their EE day ??
Here's mine for an extra easy day:
Breakfast- melon and grapes
Snacks- pear, clementines, yog
Dinner- 42g feta (HA), 20g mixed seeds (HB), large mixed salad, rocket leaves, cottage cheese.
Tea- tinned smoked mackerel (1syn per 100g, 1.25syns total), couscous (0.5syns per 100g, 1.3syns total) (just to be sure fish and couscous total=2.5syns), small salad
Snack- highlights hot choc (large- 3syns)
I must admit I got to tea time and felt soooo liberated with being able to chose what day to make it. Extra easy just makes me feel like I have extra choice, which helps sooooo much when following a plan that is destined to be a lifestyle change
I have always thought I was a green person as I dont eat meat (but do eat fish), but now I'm finding EE so easy. Someone else on here mentioned that EE was a more normal way of eating, I totally agree
