My Extra Easy food diary....:-)

Soooo today's food diary. I'm back at work tomorrow and looking forward to the routine of it in terms of meals and planning. Time off is a minefield! Having a good day so far today....naughty food done the SW way :)

Breakfast
Bacon on toast with brown sauce (0.5syns and HEX B)

Lunch
Tomato and herb mug shot and fruit salad

Tea
Cheeseburger, chips, broccoli and tomato, pepper and onion salsa (HEX A)

Still got my syns to go so will probably have a curly wurly or a skinny cow ice lolly later

So I set myself a target of 3.5lbs this week to get my 2.5stone award and I'm not getting a good vibe. Thursday weigh in is getting closer and I'm resisting the urge to jump on the scales for a sneaky peek!

Breakfast - bran flakes, hazelnut alpro milk and mixed berries

Lunch - jacket potato with baked beans and salad

Snack - fruit salad (apple, grapes, Sharon fruit, pineapple, strawberries and a tangerine)

Tea- chicken curry and boiled rice

I'm off to Zumba now to shake my moves!
