So i graduate tommorow and will be out all day so im goin to make sensable choices and really wanting a lose this week. Im thinking that i need to get more free food in me and feel that i am not eating as much as i could this week

so back from class and the damage was 1.5 lbs on which isnt bad considering what i had to drink over the weekend - i have no plans but work this week so really wanting a good week

I have dentist today so nipping into m&s for some nice strawberrys and yogurts yummy
