My fight to target.....

FRIDAY - EE
Mmmm well this day hasnt been full of much sort of food, been soooooooooooooooooo busy at work not had a time to drink let alone eat so well need to push in the free food over the weekend. Im not getting weight monday as have another long day and tuesday as well, so weight in will be wednesday night, hope the changed wont effect my weight loss, now on to food.

BREAKFAST - Hex A - 250 semi skimmed milk Hex B -weetabix x2, banana
Lunch (eaten at 1600), strawberrys and blackberrys, yogurt, x2 quorn sausages, tin of beans,(waffles 5syns)
Dinner (will be eating this late ?9pm), salmon fillets, potatoes, green beans, grated carrot

SATURDAY - EE

Breakfast - Hex A - 250 semi skimmed milk, Hex B - weetabix x2, banana
Snack - 1/2 melon, strawberries, yogurt, apple
Lunch - Salmon and vegatable noodle lunch box, superspeed veg included
Dinner (going to inlaws so no clue - will update later)
Snack x2 ww desert yogurts
