I agree, it's a good start, she told me they all looked very uncomfortable when she went through all the detailed points of the problems we've had. Good, let the ******* squirm.

It's just so dreadful that they couldn't get their act together in the first place! Imagine all the people without family like you and Colleen, who are in a terrible state because there's no one there to fight their corner
