Attack My first day

Morning, had my first day on attack yesterday. I think it went well and I woke up this morning feeling fine and have lost 2lbs.

I would be grateful if someone could look over my menu for yesterday and tell me if it seems ok.

Breakfast Oat bran porridge
Lunch 2 egg ham omellete, half a
toffee muller light and sugar
free jelly
Dinner Turkey with oven roasted
garlic and onion and two
gherkins, half a toffe muller
light and sugar free jelly.
Snack Frozen vanilla muller light and
diet Coke.

I drank loads of water and had three black coffees.

How does it sound to all you experts out there?
 
Go easy on the mullers (sugar) and the salty prepacked meat.
Also you could afford to eat more protein - doesn't sound like you had that much.
In Attack onion is meant to be used sparingly for a bit of taste so don't use too much.
 
In attack, I think gherkins are just to add a little taste. Like cooking with onions, rather than having enough to count as a veg portion.
 
Thanks for the advice. I had two muller lights and just half an onion.

Feel really good today and really full. Not really hungry for dinner but I am going to try to eat something soon.
