thanks! yeah im eating bigger calorie foods rather than diet stuff now to hopefully big up the cals a bit :)
need to hit my 2lb a week target to get to goal by xmas! xxxx

booo no change in weight this week been doing more exercise so maybe thats it. never mind onto the next week :) xxx
