Red Days my first red day

Having my first red day today after doing extra easy for 12 weeks and my weight loss being really slow thought this week I would try and mix it up abit.
Thought if I put down what I plan on having for the day you all might give me some feedback and let me know if it looks correct.

Breakfast. Weetabix heb1 and milk hea1

Lunch. Ww hearty broth soup heb2 and 1 slice of ww bread (3) butter (1).

Dinner. Fish in butter sauce (2) and plenty of veg

Bowl of fruit and muller if still hungry later in evening
Cheese sometime in day for hea2
Dark choc (4)

I think this looks mostly ok natasha. All I would question is the butter! Do you need it with soup? Be disgusting, just dunk the bread in it plain - and save the syn for something else!

It looks 100% on a red day - but i would have probably had some meat at lunchtime and saved the B HEX for the evening meal (SW chips made from a weighed potato) and have a cheese and bacon leafy green salad for lunch - using the A HEX you had.....yum yum!

Just a suggestion for next time xxx

Thxs for ur suggestions not had lunch yet so will skip on the butter as that wont bother me and I am gonna try and do some more red days so will keep that in mind ellebear for next time as it was abit last minute decision this morning x

Good luck Natasha. I'm a red/green SW'er. Tried EE and I was losing very little - only 1/4 to 1/2 lb - maybe because I didn't understand it well enough.
But on red/green I lose about a 1lb a week without feeling hungry or deprived.
