I have a diary here somewhere that i made at the beginning of my journey, but i've not wrote in it for a really long time..
so here's my first ever youtube video! Still a bit anxious about even making one, but i wanted something to look back on.
3 and a half stone down in 12 weeks.. lots more to go!
