My first week!

Hi All

I'm just posting to say I've had my first weekly WI on RC - not very happy as lost nothing!

I've stuck to the diet, done an hour's exercise every day. What is most fustrating is that I had a sneaky mid week WI and had lost 2lb so thought I was bound to lose at least 3 this first week.

Will stick with it. Unfortunately I didn't take any measurements at the start so cannot say whether I have miraculously lost something in that department. Never mind.
