My food dairy

After waiting a whole month... I have finally joined class. Feeling very motivated and I'm determined to follow plan. Anyway, day 1 has gone well and I resisted cake in the staffroom :)

Doing EE
DAY 1
Breakfast: Muller Light, Hifi bar, fruit salad.
Lunch: Pasta n sauce, salad
Dinner: 2 low fat sausage (4syns) SW chips, baked beans, toms, mushrooms
Drinks: Tea, water, SF squash

HE: A milk for teas
B Hi fi bar
Snacks: 2 jumbo salt and vinegar snack o jacks (4syns)

Total: 8 syns

Feel free to comment, I need all the help I can get!!

Have planned tomorrows food so thought if I write it down I can't change my mind!!
DAY 2
Breakfast: muller light, fruit salad
Lunch: 2 salt and vinegar snack o jacks (4syns) with RF houmous (Hexb), veg sticks, cherry toms
Dinner: Chicken and veg curry (4syns for bisto curry granules), boiled rice
Drinks: water, tea, squash (hexa for milk)

Hexa-milk
Hexb-houmous
Syns- 8 (so far!!)
 
:sick0019: Feeling very sick, think I've caught a nasty bug (again) so haven't managed to eat anything today. Keeping hydrated with water/diet lemonade.

Lol @ being hydrated with lemonade. I've been pants with my water today, never as good at home as at work. Hope you're feeling a bit better now??
 
Feeling a lot better thanks!! Still not very hungry so not a strict 100% SW day but hey-ho! Sure I'll be back on track fully tomorrow!

DAY 4 - red
Breakfast - 2 400g brown toast (hexb)
2 tsp clover lighter (2 syns?)
Lunch- Wholemeal roll (hexb)
grilled lean bacon
Dinner - pancakes from the magazine without the lemon sauce (7 syns i think!)

Drinks - lots of water and tea with milk (hexa)

No fruit or veg but I have the excuse of poorly-ness!!
 
Don't think the 1/3 superfree is a must on a red day anyway hun... Mmmm pancakes, i love pancakes... prob is once i have them i crave them for weeks - i've such an addictive personality lol x

Feeling lots better but still sticking to plain food just incase, can't risk any time off school this week as its busy busy busy!!

Made it a red day as I'm still not fancying fruit/veg

B - 2 crispbakes/crisprolls (3 syns)
3 Grilled turkey rashers
2 tsp clover light (2 syns)

L - 2 400g brown bread sandwich - ham salad (hexb)

D - Lean ham, mushrooms, slimming world chips

Hexa - milk

Drinks - tea with skimmed milk, water

Will try for more veg tomorrow as feeling a lot better :)

I don't blame you I'd prob be playing it safe too. Food still looks tasty though, hope you're enjoying sw? I'm feeling a bit better, just had totm hunger and headaches. Bleurgh x

Breakfast - 2 crisprolls (3 syns)
2 tsp clover light (2 syns)
Fruit

Lunch - 2 400g wholemeal toast (HexB)
Baked beans
(Major fail as no veg!)

Dinner - Spaghetti carbonara
Parmesan (HexA)
Green salad

Syns 5 + milk syns (unknown but doubt its above 10!)
French Fries from multi pack 5.5 syns..?

Drinks - water, tea (3 dashes SS milk - not sure on syns)

Weigh in 1 tomorrow!!!!

Work is so busy, wouldn't think it's half term on Friday! Doing my best to avoid comfort food of cheese and onion crisps and buttered toast!!
 
Was just hoping for a bit more lol. I have been watching what I ate before I joined though so might not have got a bigger loss as wasn't eating like a pig!!
 
Evening!!!

Nooooooo don't be depressed!!! 2.5lbs is an excellent loss!!! I was gutted when I only lost 2lbs on my first weigh in......and .5 the second week......but its downhill....and thats a good thing!

I've lost 4lbs now in 3 weeks and weigh in on Sat, but a loads of people tell me, the slower it comes off the slower it is to go back on!!

This is a life change.....and so has to be sustainable! Its taken me this long to realise.......and a loss is a loss! So chin up honey and keep smiling!!

Will pop back later to make sure you're ok!
