My food dairy

Hi found your diary :)

Look forward to following it & dont be too hard on yourself coz you were ill last week & when youre ill you just have to eat what you can. I personally think judging by your diary you done well :)
 
Week 2 day 2 - EE

Breakfast: Muller light with fruit (apples and grapes) orange

Lunch: Cheese salad sandwich on 2 400g brown (hexa and b) with carrot sticks and cherry toms. WW yoghurt

Dinner: Chicken and veg stir fry with boiled rice

Syns - SS milk for tea (a few splashes - do I syn this?)
Walkers french fries (4.5syns)

Drinks - tea, water, sugar free squash
 
It's so cold today! Had a lovely half term lie in so missed breakfast and opted for a bruch!

Brunch - bacon, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms and 2 400g brown french toast (hexb) fried in fry-lite. Was very scrumptious!

Dinner - prawn and veg noodle stir fry (are noodles okay on EE?!)

hexa - ss milk for teas
hexb - bread/toast

syns/snacks: apple (0) grapes (0) will add tv treat later - having a night in with housemates!
Pom Bears 5.5 syns I think...?

Sunday, week 2, day 4

Breakfast: 2 400g brown toast, turkey rashers, mushrooms, tomatoes

Lunch: Tuna Crunch pasta salad
apple chunks

Dinner: Spaghetti carbonara from Jan/Feb mag
Salad
ww yoghurt

hexa - cheese
hexb - bread

Drinks: water, tea, diet coke, sf squash

Syns: SS milk for tea

Feeling down today but trying very hard to stay on track. Not weighing this week took a holiday as I'm away normal weigh in day and can't make another group. half term has me fully booked! :)
