ProPoints My food diary, please feel free to comment!!

I joined Weight Watchers AGAIN last night but this is the first time of really trying ProPoints, i only did it for 1 week last year and STS and it put me off but here i am having another go. At the moment i weigh 24 stone 2.5lbs :eek:. I really need to get lots of this weight gone ASAP. I am on 52 ProPoints a day.

Breakfast
300mls The one 1% fat milk = 3
4 x Honey and nut belvita biscuits = 7
Cherries = 0

Lunch
Weight Watchers beef in peppercorn sauce = 9
Weight Watchers caramel rice pudding = 3

Dinner
3 x Lidl bacon medalions = 4
3 x Richmond thin pork sausages = 6
1/2 tin heinz baked beans = 4
2 x Kingsmill medium sliced white bread = 4
10g Flora light spread = 1
2 tbspns Tomato ketchup = 1
Mushrooms (Fried in Frylight) =0

Snacks
Strawberries =0
Alpen fruit and nut porridge sachet = 4
Weight Watchers chocolate and vanilla biscuits x 2 = 4
Weight Watchers Chocolate mini roll = 2

Hi there. I am a fellow 50 pointer lol. According to the WW plan I should have more but when I did I ended up gaining a stone. PP is good though, you get so much freedom. How are you liking it?
