... I've been away for a while, but I remember when I was last here the 'what have we eaten today' thread was a big help to me, and I figure making my very own thread will be an even better way to keep track and stay motivated.
So, today...
Breakfast - 2 cups of sugary tea and a small bit of pastry. Bad I know, but I was working away from home and my options were very limited. It was either a little sugar to get me by or a very calorific breakfast. - 250 Calories
Lunch - Mushroom cup soup - 100 Calories
Egg Sandwich - 350 Calories
Dinner - Pork, cabbage and potatoes - 500 Calories
Snack - 2 crispbakes with cottage cheese - 200 Calories
2 Apples - 100 Calories
Total - 1500 Calories.
Rather too much, but tomorrow is my proper official start. So I can look at today as part of my gradual reduction
