My food diary...

    ... I've been away for a while, but I remember when I was last here the 'what have we eaten today' thread was a big help to me, and I figure making my very own thread will be an even better way to keep track and stay motivated.

    So, today...

    Breakfast - 2 cups of sugary tea and a small bit of pastry. Bad I know, but I was working away from home and my options were very limited. It was either a little sugar to get me by or a very calorific breakfast. - 250 Calories

    Lunch - Mushroom cup soup - 100 Calories
    Egg Sandwich - 350 Calories

    Dinner - Pork, cabbage and potatoes - 500 Calories

    Snack - 2 crispbakes with cottage cheese - 200 Calories
    2 Apples - 100 Calories

    Total - 1500 Calories.

    Rather too much, but tomorrow is my proper official start. So I can look at today as part of my gradual reduction ;)

    I don't think thats too much at all! sounds like a good day to me! im taking some tips from you! :) cuppa soup for lunch and the crispbakes i think are really good ideas! good luck with your weight loss .. xx

    Breakfast - Porridge - 160 Cals (measured sachet made with water)
    Apple - 40 Cals

    Lunch - Chicken noodle salad - 230 Cals
    Apple - 40 Cals

    Dinner - Fish Pie - 295 Cals
    Veg - 100 Cals

    Supper - 2 Crispbakes with cottage cheese - 180 Cals
    Apple - 40 Cals

    Snack - Apple - 40 Cals

    Milk allowance for tea - 100 Cals

    Daily total = 1225 Calories

    Good day today :)

    Dinner - Gammon Steak, cabbage, salad, potatoes - 400 Cals

    Supper - 2 Crispbakes with cottage cheese - 180 Cals
    Apple - 40 Cals

    Snack - Apple - 40 Cals

    Milk allowance for tea - 100 Cals

    Daily total = 1230 Calories

    Lunch - Chicken noodle salad 230 Cals

    Dinner - Sweet and sour chicken with noodles and vegetables - 420 Cals

    Supper - Packet of Maltesers - 190 Cals
    Apple - 50 Cals

    Milk allowance for tea - 100 Cals

    Daily total - 1200 Calories

    I have had two TERRIBLE days. I mean, really awful days. They will easily have completely undone the last week.

    Tomorrow I really need to pick myself up and start again. I feel absolutely terrible right now :(

    dont worry hun my friday went from bad to worse just drawn a line under it and started again today im sure u can too dont dwell on the past cos u can only change the future xx
