Extra easy

Two slices of white ww bread, with a little margarine (6 syns)
Quorn pieces, rice, sweetcorn, sweet chilli sauce (3 syns)
Melon melody, two fat free activia yoghurts, two alpen bars (HEB)
HEA came from milk in drinks.
 
Porridge (half of hea + heb)
Apple-Free
Cheese salad with 1 tbsp of extra light mayo (rest of hea + 1syn) not sure if I can split the healthy extra maybe I should syn the cheese?
Activia yoghurt - Free
Steamed veg, rice and crab sticks - Free

Slipped up last night, was good all day and when I went out stuck to vodka and diet cokes but then when I came in had a big slice of quiche, and not sw quiche either :(

Back on track today

Big bowl of homemade potato and leak soup
A mackeral salad

Branflakes with skimmed milk (hea + heb) and a apple
Sweet potato with salad
And for tea its quorn sausages, turnip mash and beans

Shreddies with skimmed milk (hea+heb)
Watermelon
Salad, jacket spud with mackeral and mushy pea
Omelette with mushrooms and onions and a side salad
Alpen bar (3)

Malted wheaties and skimmed milk (HEA+HEB) with a red apple
Homemade veg soup with pasta twirls in
Slimming recipe for meatballs and spaghetti

Lunch - Jacket potato with cottage cheese and a side salad
Tea - Corn on the cob, onions, potato, sweet potato and mackeral with some quark and tomato sauce (2syns)

Fat free yoghurt.
I oversynned on bradsticks and dip with friends though :(
