Before new year my homework is to go through my food diaries and pull out any items and their syn values and to write these in an address book (under the A-Z sections).... I'm going to carry on with this all through next year and then I'll have a handy personal collection of syn values to keep to hand ! ;)

I do this too! Except I just have random scraps of paper for either ASDA, Iceland or ALDI on and lists of free or low syn foods that I worked out on the lifeline site. I really need a book because they are just swimming about in my slimming world folder. I dig them out whenever I go shopping.

Am loving this idea! May do this on Saturday afternoon with a cuppa and a Hifi once the craziness has died down! xx

I usually go on the syns bit on the sw site and search for frozen chicken for example in ASDA and ALDI and then write down the low syn or free ones that take my fancy :)
