My (hopefully) inspirational photos

    Im doing this in my iPhone so god knows if I've attached the photos correctly - shall we see?

    Anyway this is me! The first photo is me at around 14 stone and was taken last May. The second is me now and was taken yesterday.

    Hopefully someone may be inspired ( if only to not chomp their way up to 14 odd stone )

    This is my first week on CD and first time on it too, so these kind of photos are really helping me to get through wk1!!

    Good luck TBag - just shout if you need any advice!

    Week one is tough for sure. However, just keep focussed on the loss you will see in 7 days time - you could be looking at around 10 or 12 lbs if you stick to it 100%. I felt tired and drained in week one, spent a lot of time assuming the horizontal on my sofa. It DOES pass however and I promise you that come Christmas you can easily easily be 11 Stone something

    Oh and you'll hit your first mini goal within a fortnight by the way! Vigilance and discipline at all times. The rewards are there and this site is great to keep you motivated.

    So I had my first weigh in this morning after 5 days on 810 plan.....

    -5.5lbs :D

    Really pleased as I'm on the higher plan, so wasn't expecting massive losses like most people on ss. Next weigh in is in 8 days so hopefully another 5lbs is not too ambitious. I reckon first mini goal will be after 3 weeks?

    Amazing, definitely inspires me, makes me realise I really do want to get my weight down.
