Well here goes I'm going to start this little diary to keep myself motivated to my end goal . I've got approx 28-30 to lose after already losing 3 stone 9lbs. However I feel this last section with be the hardest . Just had a fantastic holiday in the Dom rep and how good did it feel to wear nice clothes and not be totally ashamed if how I looked loved it. Loved it so much I'm going back in 10 months to renew my wedding vows, aghhhh can't wait so there is my goal I will wear the dress of my dreams . Been struggling since my holiday but need to get my sorry bum back on track .

Breakfast = bacon, mushrooms, egg, baked beans . 1 slice of nimble bread . Table spoon brown sauce 1 syn xxx

Well so happy had a maintain this week that's given me the motivation and kick that was badly needed xx
