I lost 2.5 pounds - that seems to be about average for me now. Happy enough.
As for Sarah, well, time will tell, we have exchanged a few messages now - lets see what happens next....

We met in Dublin at one of the Minimins meets, back in June 2007 - gosh that's such a long while ago
There's a meets section on here but they seem to have fizzled out a bit recently. We used to meet up quite a lot so I've met quite a few of the lovely people off here in places such as Newcastle, Dublin, Birmingham, Liverpool and Brighton!
