So, today was day 1 for me. This morning I was feeling so excited and confident.... Had meal 1 about half 10 at work... Went for a jog about 2,had meal 2 at half 3ish.. Meal 3 was half 7 and then to the gym between 8.15 and 9.30...i haven't drunk as much water during the day today, but before gym I mixed some lemon and ginger slices into a large shaker. Tasted so good and refreshing! On my 3rd shaker full, so that's a plus! I've started to get hungry now, was supposed to sleep an hour ago, but thanks kept popping up. Tried watching TV, too many food adverts there as temptation! Not that I wanted to eat any of it! Will this hunger pass? It's hit me twice today.... I've noticed I'm quite cold, much colder in comparison to normal, I find that a bit weird! But yeah, day one is done, roll on day 3!x
