Thanks folks .. finding it very hard today, desperate to binge ... feeling low. Think I always do day 1 of the dieting week. Actually put a quality street in my mouth then spat it out ... I'm going crackers. Hope you're all having a good day today, Let's keep going!

Unfortunately I gave in .. binged tonight, am going through some rough boy stuff at the moment and it pushed me over the edge at a bad moment. But back on it tomorrow. Disappointed with myself, but trying to contain it and put it behind me. Here's to tomorrow ... off to bed with a bottle of water.

Hi there, have been much better today, until I got home and all I want to do is go out and get binge food. Have nothing in the house, so currently in bed, practically pinning myself to the sheets to stop me eating. I'll be ok when i'm back in ketosis again. Just glugging the water. grrrr ... this is so hard sometimes.
