I'm sure this is nothing new but I've just discovered it and thinks it's sooo yummy!

Take one small tub of fat free yogurt, mix in half a tub of vanilla mullerlight, add 28g of muesli (I used Waitrose Essentials no added sugar - only 99p a box!), a handful of blueberries, sliced strawberries and a handful of plump raspberries. Give it all a mix and tuck in.

It's lush! :)

I've just done a variation on this one tub of fat free fruits of the forest, special k sustain, blueberries and raspberries. It was yummy, I will keep my eyes open for veggie free vanilla yogurts.
