my new muffin dish!

just had to tell you about my new muffin dish from tk max ,,its a bendy thing at 3.99 so it wont stick it seems ..
did some mini quiche and they were fab
onion mixed frozen peppers mushrooms and egg ..20 mins in oven and wow ..even better cold ...and they didnt stick at all ..all free on green and OH loves them too

ive been making quiche too, they are delicious and really quick and easy to make, and my oh loves them too!

thanks for reminding me - i need to get individual flan tart thingy's as i wouldn't eat an entire quiche over 2 days, so i'd prefer to make small ones

My class leader told us she made her quiches in Yorkshire Pudding trays, I thought it was a clever idea. Mind you, I just stick mine in the fridge and spend the day picking at it!

I also tried the yorkshire tin but the quiches stuck and i ended up throwing the lot out !! well impressed with this you just bend them and they come out whole ! brilliant
