Hey everyone,
I've been floating around here for years. But my motivation was very poor :(
Now i'm turning a new leaf as over the past year ive managed to gain over 2st over emotional eating :(

Current weight 16.9

My first mini goal is to lose 1/2 stone by the end of the month..wish me good luck. Look forward to meeting to you all :)

Apple and cinnamon porridge
Grapes
3 fajitas with a handful of chips with salsa
Shape yogurt and a pear
Green tea
Coffee x2
Sf squash x3
