Hiya Marge relationships do tend to get in the way dont they lol...
Ok i weighed in and i am 15st 3lbs !!!!!!!!!! so i have nearly gained back all the weight i lost...
Well its certainly given me the shove i needed to get on the TS today... Had a very low cal no carb day yesterday so hpefully it will help ease me into keto quickly .. normally i hit it on day 3 of TS ... have exactyly 10 days of packs left unless i go get some bars and stretch them out a bit.. So if i can do 7 days TS then i will order some more packs and see where i end up..

im pretty pissed off with myself at putting so much back on but hey ho, it does come off quickly again doesnt it on this diet...

so heres to day 1 of yet another fexking Diet xxxxx

massive fail!!!! im just not cut out ofr it so have decided not to put myself through the Yo Yoing anymore...

I just enjoy going out and being sociable too much to stay within the restraints of TS... Gonna try the less intrusive diet of WW or SW..

Have lost 3lb this week just being sensible so even though its a slower weight loss i think its gonna be more sustainable for me in the long run....

Gonna go and join the Tuesday morning SW group next week as i find the red day diet really suits me ... just need to be patient about the smaller weekly losses and man up about doing some more walking etc..

Good plan Val. I came off TS because of the unsociable aspect and I am maintaining and still having a good time socialising.
If I stuck to WW points I would lose more but at the mo I am happy not putting any back on.
I am very aware of not overeating and slipping into my old ways but I am conscious of how carbs make me feel so I try to avoid them as much as possible which I think has helped me maintain.

Good luck. Slow and steady helps with a lifetime of changes xx

Hiya ali...... have decided to give S and S a try as a last resort for TFR.... have a 10 day break in spain leaving on the 9th Oct so i really need to have one last try or i will feel fat n fed up if i go at the weight i am... My order should arrive tomorrow .. I'm hoping the better choice of meals might help me stay on plan as there are some proper meals included spag bol etc...

So heres hoping for a better result as the holiay might just give me a bit of added willpower fingers crossed xxxx

hiya dusty glad to hear ya having some joy with SW.. as ya will have seen from the post above even though i am a bi disheartened by the whole TFR thing i am gonna give it one last try b4 i go away..... if i get no joy then it will be SW for sure x x x
 
well its nearly 6pm and i have one more pack to go.. (decided to restart today with left over Exante).. Have had a lovely day lying in my back garden in the september sun that was surprisingly hot hot hot!!!
Have drunk about 8 pints of water already and had 2 packs.. saving hot choc one for later to take to bed...

Am looking forward to my new S n S packs arriving tomorrow so that i have lots of variety to choose from again YAY!!!!

I'm not moving to the slim n save part of minis as i like the Exante peeps lol

Fingers crossed i can get to day 4 and keto with the new flavours..

Will update again tomorrow x x x x

Got my new slim n save stuff today so have lots of new stuff to try out and i am hoping the meat and veg allowance on a 3 pack a day plan is gonna help me stay on track as i wont feel totally deprived of real food lol...

Hi Marge.....nearly day 2 done and dusted... one more pack to have and then an early night... ive changed my sleep pattern a bit.. get up earlier and go bed earlier.... seems to help a bit as i dont have appetite till midday at best of times.. evenings are my downfall ... have decided to shorten them a bit lol...


will try anything to get into Keto without miss haps lol...


kept myself busy today sanding down a chest of drawers ready to paint tomorrow...

certainly kept my mind off of food thats for sure.



Healthy eating is the thing inbetween doing packs me thinks Marjory ...

had a sneaky WI this morn and im down 4lb of Glycogen overnight and back in the 14’s (14.13) which has been a massive help to stay on the wagon ..will try to stay off scales for a few days now ....


will update again tomorrow and hopefully it will be to say i made it into day 3 cheat free lol x x x x
 
hi all.... as ya can see by my above post i am now heavier than when i originally started VLCD ... So i have dusted off my left over packs and re ordered some fresh supplies and retsarted today..

cant really say why or how i have gained as this is the heaviest i have been for over 8 years!!! im settled in a relationship and have very little day to day worries..

i knew i had started to gain due to my clothes... throw in the xmas and new year hols and WOOOSH im 16st 4lb!!!!!

I was in scotland for hogmanay and never got home till the 3rd so i just carried on eating crap and tried to not think about how uncomfortable i felt..

Anyway here i am nearly through day 1 and quite determined to get my weight back under control...

At my lowest on VLCD last year i was 13st dead.. so i have gained the 2st 7lb i lost plus another 9lb on top..

First goal is just to get through the first week and back into the 15's....

Hope everyone OLD AND NEW on here are doing well and shedding the pounds x x x x

Hi, another friendly face. There's been a few heavier restarters this year ( me included ) but everyone's so positive. You've definitely came to the right place xxx
