Hello everyone, I'm a returning SW dieter, going solo
I'm new to the site and been doing the diet for nearly 2 weeks. I thought I'd start keeping a food diary on here ^-^
Day: Green
Breakfast: Shreddies (HEB1)
Snack: melon
Lunch: Leftover SW carbonara from last night (nom! I guessed about 2 syns for the ham, not much in there)
Snack: Popcorn (5.5 syns)
Tea: Quorn sausages, mash and syn free gravy
Snack: 5 mini meringues (5 syns)
HEA semiskimmed milk 250ml x2
I always have trouble getting both HEB's in there, I might just start having double the amount of cereal in the mornings
